I visited for the first time tonight. There was a good flow of people in and out and they did a great job serving everyone. I got the Chicken Parmesean dinner and it was excellent! Generous portion size, flavorful and fresh. The prices are great here and I will definitely need to start making my way thru the menu:)

Food is always great here, have breakfast here with our breakfast group quite often. The fish on Fridays is very good! The waitresses are very friendly. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Charlie’s is the best place to eat breakfast in Youngstown. I go with my nephew Ryan when I am in town. Monica and Stacy are very courteous and friendly. The food and entire staff are excellent. I wish them continued success!

Excellent service with just wonderful home-cooked meals. The owners truly care that you leave this place satisfied. My wife had the pigs in the blanket and I had the veal parmesan and it was outstanding. The owners and staff deserve a standing ovation.
